Scope and definitions
These terms cover the website, manual quotes, order assistance, payment, and after-sales contact. “User” means the requester; “original seller” means the product seller or platform; “service fee” means LingYuanBuy's order-assistance fee; “product price” is not collected by LingYuanBuy.
Nature and scope of the pure order-assistance service
LingYuanBuy provides order assistance, is not the product seller, and does not collect or advance product funds. The service may include checking information, preparing a manual quote, helping place an original-seller order, and traceable after-sales contact. It does not include product-quality or seller-performance guarantees or unstated professional services.
Request, manual quote, and contract formation
Submitting a request is an invitation for review, not acceptance or a payment obligation. After source, item, specification, price, shipping, and restricted-item review, LingYuanBuy issues a formal quote. The service contract forms when the user checks consent and accepts a valid quote.
Service fee, product price, and payment
The quote separately shows the product reference price, seller shipping, service fee, and payees. The amount paid to LingYuanBuy is only service_fee_total; product funds remain payable directly to the seller or carrier. Available methods and deadlines appear on the payment page.
Service start and completion
Work begins after quote acceptance and payment confirmation. Completion means the agreed assistance, original-seller order placement, or another stated milestone has been provided. Status and time records help both parties verify progress.
User duties and restricted items
Users must provide lawful, accurate, and sufficient product, specification, contact, and delivery information and must not request illegal conduct, infringement, evasion of controls, or advancement of product funds. Every request may be reviewed and restricted items may be refused.
Sellers, logistics, platforms, shortages, and changes
Original sellers, logistics providers, and payment services are independent third parties. If stock, price, specifications, cancellation terms, or risk changes, LingYuanBuy may pause, request reconfirmation, or refuse with reasons; confirmed terms are not arbitrarily changed retroactively.
Cancellation, refunds, returns, and defects
Cancellation and service-fee refunds follow the refund policy and applicable law; payment is not automatically non-refundable. Product returns, defects, and product-price refunds are handled by the original seller or actual payee, with assistance from LingYuanBuy within scope.
Records, personal data, order access, and security
The system records quotes, policy versions, consent, payments, and status. Personal data follows the Privacy Policy. Users should protect secure order links, devices, and verification details and report suspected unauthorized access promptly.
Liability, changes, governing law, disputes, languages, and contact
Limitations apply only where lawful and do not exclude intentional misconduct, gross negligence, or non-excludable liability. Updates do not retroactively reduce existing rights and material changes are reasonably notified. Taiwan law governs without removing mandatory consumer protection. Parties should first contact support and may then use any competent authority or court; no exclusive remote court is imposed. Traditional Chinese is the primary reference if translations differ, without affecting mandatory rights.
